Boil: Stove top: Place frozen vegetables in 1/4 cup boiling water for every cup of vegetables. Bring to second boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer until tender (7-8 minutes). Season to taste and serve. Microwave: Microwave: Directions were developed for 1100 watt and higher microwave ovens. Cooking in microwave ovens below 1100 watt will require additional time to reach proper temperature. For best results, cook from frozen. Place frozen vegetables in a covered microwave-safe dish. Add 2 tablespoons of water for every 8 oz. Microwave on high for 3-5 minutes. Stir after first 2-3 minutes. Season to taste and serve.
